As well, we also offer a delicious variety of healthy and organic snacks for toddlers and up from MOGLi. These include Bars, Biscuits, and Pizza Sticks!

You can use the following payment methods on HolleCanada.ca: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Discover Network. 
 
I haven't received my activation email. What should I do?
There can be several reasons why you did not receive an activation email.
  • The automated activation email message was caught by your spam filter.
  • If you are using Gmail, the Gmail filters may have placed the activation email into a different Inbox Category Tab other than ‘Primary’, like ‘Promotions’, ‘Social’, etc.
  • Your email provider might have blocked the automated email message.
  • There was a typo or error in the email address when you registered on HolleCanada.ca.
Here's what you can do:
  • Check your spam or junk mail folder for an email from info@hollecanada.ca.
  • If you are using Gmail, check your Inbox Category Tabs. The chances are that our activation email landed in one of those tabs.
  • Add info@hollecanada.ca to your email contacts or approved senders list.
  • Try registering again with the same email address. If the account already exists, you'll see an error indicating that there is a duplicate email address.
  • From the HolleCanada.ca log in page, click Reset my password. The password reset message will activate your account.
If the product I want is currently out of stock, will it be coming back in stock?
We always try our best to have all of the products in stock. If an item is currently out of stock, it will become available again as soon as we receive the shipment of the product. We cannot guarantee when an out-of-stock item will be available again, but please check the website later to see if the item is back in stock.

We ship to all locations across Canada.
 
Do you have a free shipping policy?
With a minimum purchase of $99 (Ontario & Quebec only) or more at HolleCanada.ca, shipping is at no cost to you.
You must purchase a total of $99 worth of merchandise only before taxes, shipping, and handling. Valid on regular Canadian shipping. Free shipping for Ontario and Quebec only.  
 
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy at all with your products and it has been less than 28 days since you placed your order, we would gladly accept return of the goods and will provide you with a full refund of the items. To find out more click here 
 
What if my order arrives damaged?
Your parcel will be packed as carefully as possible but damages can occur when couriering goods. You have the right to refuse a parcel if it appears damaged.

When you accept a damaged parcel you take on certain obligations:
  • To record any damage and provide photo evidence of the specific damage
  • To make a member of the HolleCanada.ca team aware of what item(s) were lost to damage and their value
  • Contact HolleCanada.ca as soon as possible with a clear photo of each damaged item
